The rental price excludes 7% tourist tax and excludes electricity and water consumption.

Additional Costs

  • Electricity rate: € 0.50 per Kwh.

  • Water rate: €8.50 per m3.

  • Mandatory final cleaning € 125.00

  • Mandatory mid-stay cleaning (for stays longer than 21 days): € 75.00

  • Late check-out(on request) €50.00
